Shouldn’t an Agent Back Up Their Talk with $’s?
If I cannot bring an offer on your property within 120 days of you signing the listing form that is within 95% of the asking price, I will deduct $500 from the commission you are paying. In addition, I will deduct another $10.00 a day every day until your home is under contract.

| There are just four requirements: |

| 1. |
To qualify, your property must be a single family home or a townhouse, not a condominium.

| 2. |
To qualify, your property must be priced within 5% of the last 5 comparable sales in your neighborhood.
|
 |
| 3. |
You must be willing to make the necessary repairs to your property to put it in a condition that will warrant the market price.
|
 |
| 4. |
This guarantee must be requested by the Seller and a signed agreement must be executed at the time of the listing contract.
