Providence
Providence, Focus Group’s newest master planned community, is located on approximately 1,200 acres in the upper northwest side of the Las Vegas Valley. The community is situated on a high plateau with dramatic mountain views to the west and spectacular city lights to the east.

In February of 2005, ground was broken for Las Vegas' newest
planned community called Mountain’s Edge. Located in the hills
of the Southwestern Valley, this community comprises 3,000 acres
and carries and “Old World” theme, accentuated by olive groves and aged stone walls.

Approximately 700 acres will be dedicated to public facilities, including schools, a fire station and shopping centers. Another 550 acres are reserved for parks and recreation, including a 320-acre regional park and an 80 acre natural

Fifteen hundred acres will be dedicated to a variety of neighborhoods
developed by 20 different builders. Homes will be priced from the high
$200,000's to over $800,000. More than 30 models should are open now
for viewing. When the community is complete, it will have just over 12,000 homes.

Aliante
Nestled among the majestic landscape where the deserts meets the foothills of the Sheep Mountain Range, Aliante offers its residents some of the finest in masterplanned living. Aliante is a joint venture between American Nevada Corporation (the developers of much of Green Valley, including Green Valley Ranch) and Del Webb Communities.

With 428 acres of land dedicated to recreational and public use (22% of the entire acreage), Aliante offers a municipal golf course, city parks, a natural arroyo and an extensive trail system that meanders throughout the community.

The Anthem community sprawls the Black Mountain Hillside and has spectacular views.

Desert Shores
This community is located in Northwest Las Vegas, next door to Summerlin. Desert Shores has many neighborhoods that accommodate various lifestyles and tastes.
