Las Vegas Luxury and Estate Communities

In Las Vegas, there are several areas where you can experience luxury custom living. Some of these areas are developments where you can buy larger lots to build your custom home, while others are more rural desert estates.





Canyon Crest, Tournament Hills, Desert Trails, Willow Falls, Canyon Fairways, Mountain Trails, Eagle Hills, and The Ridges are eight of Summerlin's finest luxury and estate home communities. All are guard gated and most feature homesites with golf course frontage. Also, there are spectacular views of the city and mountain ranges.

These neighborhoods are completely made up of custom luxury homes (no production or tract homes). All have a park and outdoor recreation area (tennis courts, basketball court, etc.) Lot sizes range from 1/3 to 3/4-acres. Generally, homes are from 3,000 to over 10,000 square feet with prices ranging from $800,000 to over $5 Million.


Canyon Crest This community is the sister community to Canyon Fairways. However, Canyon Crest offers home sites on quarter acre lots. Homes range in size from 2,500 to 4,500 square feet and prices range from low $800’s to over two million dollars.

Canyon Fairways
This community is located in The Canyons Village of Summerlin. In this 24 hour guard-gated, golf course community, you can purchase a custom home lot and build your dream home. There are also new and re-sale custom homes available. Prices range from $1 million and up.


Desert Trails Desert Trails is the sister community of Mountain Trails. This gated community enjoys the same park like setting and access. Homes in this community range in size from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet. Prices range from the low $800’s to over two million dollars.

Eagle Hills
This 24 hour guard-gated community is located in the Hills South village in Summerlin. This neighborhood boasts beautiful tree lined streets and its own small park and children’s play area for its residents. It is located in close proximity to the Hills Park that is equipped with an outdoor amphitheatre for summer concerts, plays and movies at dusk. Prices range from $1 million and up.

Mountain Trails
This 24 hour guard-gated community located in Summerlin is comprised of only 103 half-acre estate homes within a secluded neighborhood of quiet streets. The focus of the community is a peaceful private park. Residents also enjoy direct access, through private gates, to the preserved natural recreational amenities of the Trails Park, a 27 acre site with picnic areas, bicycle and walking trails, baseball and softball fields and open areas. Homes range in price from a million dollars and up.

Tournament Hills at
The Tournament Players Club, Summerlin (TPC)
This exclusive community is home to the TPC Summerlin Golf Course that hosts the PGA’s finest in the Las Vegas Invitational (where Tiger Woods had his first tour win). The estate homes in this community range in prices starting from $1 million to well over $5 million dollars. For many, this community is the pinnacle of residential living in Las Vegas.

Willow Falls
Willow Falls is another one of Summerlin’s hot-selling custom home communities. Located within South Summerlin’s Willow Creek, a guarded and gated section of the Willows, this quaint neighborhood is, simply put, beautiful. The main entrance is a lushly landscaped tree-lined street that leads to the eighty (80) third-acre to half-acre home sites. Available to Willow Creek’s residents are lighted tennis courts, a half-court basketball surface, play area and park and beautiful paseo.

Anthem Country Club
Located at the base of the Black Mountains in the southeast part of the Las Vegas valley, Anthem Country Club is nationally recognized builder, Pulte Home's newest resort-style residential community. This guard-gated community offers spectacular views of the city and mountains from many of the homesites.

The surrounding natural beauty is unparalleled in this part of the Valley. The community offers landscaped trails, paseos, waterfalls and lakes.

Canyon Gate Country Club This community is made up of luxury, custom and semi-custom homes and is located in the Western part Las Vegas near Summerlin and The Lakes. Canyon Gate has a variety of price ranges to fit your budget. You can find homes in any price range from the $400’s to well over a million dollars. This guard-gated community is built around a beautiful, maturely landscaped golf course that offers quiet country club living near all of the amenities of West Side.


	Lake Las Vegas This exclusive community is located on its own private 320 acre lake just 2 miles from Lake Mead. This community, developed by Transcontinental Properties and Sid & Lee Bass, provides spectacular waterfront living. MacDonald Highlands This new community, dubbed the "Beverly Hills of Las Vegas" by a recent LA Times article, is located on 1,200 acres of the foothills in the Southeast portion of the valley. Home-sites are all oversized, ranging from 1/3 to 2 acres, with prices ranging from the mid $900’s to over two million dollars. There exist a number of new and recently used homes for sale in the community. This community will boast tree-lined streets and fitness paths that connect three neighborhood parks. The focal point will be the Dragon Ridge Golf Club.

Northwest Custom Homes and Estates
In the Northwest part of the valley, north of Summerlin, there are a number of custom homes on half acre lots available for sale. They range from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet, and are priced from the mid $600’s. Also available are vacant residential lots providing you the opportunity to design and build (have built) your dream home! Prices are from the mid $300’s to the low $500’s.

Red Rock Country Club
Red Rock Country Club is located along the Western edge
of Las Vegas in Summerlin. Designed and developed by Sunrise Colony, a builder of some of America's finest Country Club Communities, the 24 hour guard-gated community has the recreational features of a luxury

The Ridges
The Ridges is Summerlin's newest village. With over 750 acres and situated along the Red Rock National Park & Conservation area, the natural setting and its beauty are incomparable. The Ridges is already being spoken of as one of the most exclusive residential and golf communities in the Southwestern United States.

The Ridges is a gated community of custom and luxury home neighborhoods. Many of the homesites will offer unbelievable city and mountain views. The first neighborhood that is being developed in the Ridges is called Promontory at the Ridges.


One of the highlights of the Ridges is the Bear's Best Las Vegas Golf Course. Designed by the master himself, Jack Nicklaus, Bear's Best is a compilation of famous desert-themed holes from other of his courses in the United States and Mexico.

Seven Hills This community is located on 1,300 acres in the Southeast portion of Las Vegas. Seven Hills is the home of the 1999 and 2000 Street of Dreams home tour. The design of the neighborhoods are Italian Renaissance and Spanish eclectic themes. There are 22 acres of parks, and a beautiful golf course that is laid out on the hillside. Prices in Seven Hills range from the $300’s on up to over three million dollars and beyond.

The Estates at Southern Highlands
12 Miles from the strip in the Southwest portion of Las Vegas, Southern Highlands is a 2,000 acre master planned community with a 220 acre private golf course community. The homes will have a Santa Barbara/Tuscany theme with prices ranging from the low $300’s to several million dollars. The highlight of the golf course is its 40,000 square foot Clubhouse, unrivaled in all of Nevada. The course is one of the host courses for the Las Vegas Invitational, an annual tournament for PGA Tour players. The Club is
invitation only and will be limited to 360 members.


Spanish Trail This community in the Southwest portion of Las Vegas was one of the first guard-gated, golf country clubs on the West Side. 	Tucson Ridge This gated community in the Northwest, is comprised of a small neighborhood of approximately 80 custom homes. This development offers the "feel" of a master planned community yet located in a more rural setting. Homes in Tucson Ridge are priced from the mid $800’s to over $1,000,000.
