Anthem Country Club
Located at the base of the Black Mountains in the southeast part of the Las Vegas valley, Anthem Country Club is nationally recognized builder Pulte Homes' newest resort-style residential community. Red Rock Country Club
Red Rock Country Club is located along the Western edge of Las Vegas in Summerlin. Silverstone Ranch is Pulte Homes' golf course community located in the Northwest part of Las Vegas. Centered around pristine fairways of 27 holes of championship golf at Silverstone Golf Club, this newer development offers buyers an array of home designs from the mid $300,000's to around $1,000,000, in a serene and scenic environment.

Pulte Homes offers six different collections of homes, with 23 floorplans to choose from. When completed, the community will feature 1,800 residences ranging from townhomes to single story executive homes.

Besides the golf club, the community offers a variety of other recreational amenities, such as a six-acre family park, tennis courts, and more.


The Estates at Southern Highlands 12 Miles from the strip in the Southwest portion of Las Vegas, Southern Highlands is a 2,000 acre master planned community with a 220 acre private golf course community. The homes will have a Santa Barbara/Tuscany theme with prices ranging from the high $500's to several million dollars and beyond. The highlight of the golf course is its 40,000 square foot Clubhouse, unrivaled in all of Nevada. The course is one of the host courses for the Las Vegas Invitational, an annual tournament for PGA Tour players. The Club is invitation only and will be limited to 360 members.


	Spanish Trail This community in the Southwest portion of Las Vegas was one of the first guard-gated, golf country clubs on the West Side. 	Tournament Hills at The Tournament Players Club, Summerlin (TPC) This exclusive community is home to the TPC Summerlin Golf Course that hosts the PGA's finest in the Las Vegas Invitational (where Tiger Woods had his first tour win). Tuscany Hills Tuscany Hills, a golf course community in the Southeast part of the Las Vegas valley, is located just two miles west of Lake Las Vegas, near Lake Mead. Residential construction began in early 2004. When completely built out, Tuscany Hills will have about 2,000 homes. In August 2003, the Ted Robinson designed golf course opened for public play. It is a challenging course, but with wider fairways, it is great fun for golfers of all skill-levels. The clubhouse will actually be a village of seven buildings that will feature restaurants and shopping venues.
